Thoughts on the latest Flash episode

I may revise this if certain other characters are introduced to the show’s reality, but: “Tell me what to do” are not words that anyone should be saying to a Thawne.
Well, “the ends justify the means” is going to be this episode’s theme, I’m thinking–
Renée Adler. Of course. Because Irene Adler is a bit too Anglicized.
(1) Nora, stop listening to Thawne. (2) Nora, stop encouraging someone to ignore a clearly stated boundary. That shit is creepy.
It’s… refreshing? Refreshing to see that STAR Labs is not the only place with terrible security.
…I saw Eddie in that mannequin and I was so unhappy.
I am just going to be here being quietly ecstatic at Iris getting to be investigative.
Barry’s criminal routine has improved so much since his days as Sam.
Nora. No. No. N–okay, this is entertaining enough I’d let it slide.
(releasing fruit bats at a wedding actually sounds adorable)
Therapy. That man needs therapy.
Barry Allen. Even Leonard Snart thinks the Flash should remain a hero.
Ohgod Iris please be okay.
Awh, Ralph. Good on ya, buddy. (Also, can I just say Len would be appalled at the level of planning going into this.)
Awh, Ralph. Great on ya, buddy. You keep doing a slightly better you.
Okay, I’m loving the action sequence, but shouldn’t… shouldn’t an alarm have gone off by now? Somewhere? Maybe? No? Central City Labs, ladies and gentlefolk: the security is getting installed tomorrow, and tomorrow never comes.
Go Iris.
Overall: that was fun. That was a nice little episode in which no-one died, no-one did horrible things, and I got to howl in immense worry about Nora, who really needs to break with the regrettable tradition of keeping secrets. I’m getting an Ollie vibe, just saying.
